Invitation to Submit Articles: The Section Executive Committee invites section members to submit informational articles for posting (or re-posting) on the Section website. We hope that Section members can use this website as a forum to provide and obtain information about recent cases and legislative developments in our areas of practice. Our goal is to post articles from Section members periodically throughout the year. Articles do not have to be original content for the website, if the author has authority to repost the article. Articles may reflect a particular perspective, but we will post informational articles, not advocacy. If you would like to submit an article for potential posting, please email an editable (e.g., Word) version to committee member Daemie M. Kim ([email protected]). Submitted articles will be subject to the Committee’s approval for posting and limited editing (e.g., deletion of specific attorney or firm referrals). The Section Executive Committee will not review any articles for accuracy or otherwise edit style or content.

Articles Disclaimer: The articles and other written materials posted on this website do not reflect the views of the Section Executive Committee. By posting such resources, the Section Executive Committee does not endorse or refer readers to the authors or their firms or organizations. See also the Disclaimer of Liability set forth in the margin of this web page.
